BEVAN is born with the increasing concerns over systemic safety of long-term usage of chemicals in skin care products, namely, preservatives, synthetic fragrances and colors, and various petro-chemicals with unknown long-term safety profiles.  Unlike mainstream skin care products, BEVAN creates alternative skin care products that are:

• FREE of any forms of chemical preservatives (parabens, imidazalidinyl urea and diadzolidinyl urea, BHT, EDTA, or so called naturally derived such as phenoxyethanol and hydroxymethylglycinate.)
• FREE of artificial emulsifier, thickener, humectants and emollient.
• FREE of artificial color and fragrances.
• FREE of petroleum derived chemicals (petrolatum, mineral oil, glycols, etc..)
  
• FREE of DEA, TEA, Formaldehyde, Phthalate, Alcohol, Urea, Talc, Lanolin, PEG, PPG, Sodium Hydroxide.

SHELF LIFE: Conventional skin care products often carry 2-3 years of shelf life in order to be cost effective. Due to the extreme hight content of natural ingredients and minimal concentration of emulsifier, BEVAN products can only sustain a much shorter shelf life. Production date is printed on the packages. We suggest immediate usage and proper care of your skin care products.

BATCH VARIATIONS: As an inherent property of natural products, we do not endeavor to synthetically disguise nature’s seasonal variations. From product batch to batch, therefore, you may note subtle shifts in aroma, color and texture. We consider these seasonal nuances to be one of the pleasures of working with quality botanicals.

AROMA: BEVAN products are not scent-free. Although the natural earthy and slight medicinal aroma are appreciated and liked by many, some of you may not find the aroma attractive at first of use.
